WAHA Instructional Videos in DVD Format
Here are two excellent instruction training videos developed by the Wisconsin Amateur Hockey Association (WAHA) for teaching young defencemen in the 4 to 14 age group.
They both show how to play this very important position.
I highly recommend it as an additional resource to compliment the Hockey Made Easy Instructional Manual. - John Shorey
